Property and Casualty Insurance is a constantly changing industry, and Medicare requirements also change routinely.  Keeping up is a difficult task that we pride ourselves in handling quite well.

But we can’t – and don’t want to – do it alone.

That’s why we’ve partnered with several of our clients and other industry thought leaders to bring together a think tank of sorts:

The Flagship Advisory Board

The purpose of the Advisory Board is to discuss current and future industry issues from the standpoint of those who are actually “in the trenches” processing claims and running the Medicare gauntlet on a daily basis.

While we certainly have a tremendous amount of experience in our own Medicare compliance niche, by exploring trends and hot topics with industry thought leaders, we expect to broaden our own horizons.

The Advisory Board also gives key industry leadership outside our organization an opportunity to provide Flagship with strategic direction and guidance so we’re in a better position to serve our customers, and to identify industry needs that we may be in a position to fill.

In addition, Advisory Board members will come away with expertise from our end as well, including up-to-the-minute changes in Medicare compliance regulations and what’s likely to happen in the future.

The inaugural meeting of the Flagship Advisory Board is scheduled for January 23, 2015 in Denver, Colorado, and it will be comprised of five members, all of whom are senior members in the claims operations of P&C insurance carriers.

We expect the board to grow and evolve over time, likely including more and different members as time goes on.  If you’re interested in sharing your expertise with the board, we’d like to discuss that with you. We’re looking for professionals who are active and experienced in the P&C arena and are in a position to add value in an advisory role.

Stay tuned for more updates from the first Advisory Board meeting in the future!
